JJWinks is a women-owned, LA-based business that set out to make girlfriends better jammies and do it with the least impact to the environment as possible. As a carbon neutral business, they partner with the Garcia River Forest in California and the Crow Lake Wind farm in South Dakota to sustain its carbon neutral status.

All products are made in Los Angeles, California, and the JJ Winks leadership visits their manufacturer frequently to ensure product quality and a healthy working environment. They use eco-friendly fabrics that are made in Los Angeles, mainly  Tencel™ Modal, a rayon cellulose fiber derived from the wood pulp of the Beechwood Tree using water conservation during the process.

Environmental care is taken all they way down to how they ship products: JJs are kept in poly bags made of a compostable material and shipped in a reusable and recycled poly mailer. It looks plain, but the packaging is lackluster for this reason.

Shipping
Typical delivery occurs in 3-14 days with UPS ground shipping. Holiday cut off of December 10th before 12 pm EST (or December 15th final for expedited shipping).

Returns
Please contact JJWinks directly at JJWinks Returns to process a return or refund request.  From their site:

During the Holidays, anything purchased October 26 through December 25 will have until January 15 to return an item. To be eligible for refund/store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

To issue your free return, enter order number and the email you used at the time of purchase above. Then click “Return Items”.  Follow the steps from there. You can either receive store credit or a full refund. Once we receive your request, we will email you a label to return the item for free. You will receive your store credit or refund as soon as we receive the item or items back.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  Please note that we cannot refund any shipping charges incurred during your original order.
